DecorBook Classics : Indoor/Outdoor Rugs

Do you have an indoor/outdoor rug on your patio?  If you do, you know how comfy, stylish and durable an outdoor rug can be.  Plus they are fade resistant, can be hosed off and often times, soft underfoot.  Perfect for outdoors.  But what about really using an indoor/outdoor rug indoors?  It's an affordable solution that gives you a big bang for the buck.  And, Memorial Day weekend is the perfect time to buy an indoor/outdoor rug as they're on sale everywhere.  Let's check out some indoor looks, all under $200 for a 8'x10' size.

Ballard Design's Anders rug comes in 4 colors and looks terrific in a bohemian chic living room.

This Sicily indoor/outdoor rug is just so pretty.  Hard to believe it's $200 at Ballard Designs.

Love this Mcrae navy blue striped rug at Wayfair, lots of impact for $115.

An indoor/outdoor rug is perfect for high traffic areas.  A muted pattern rug, the Sun Shower All Weather Beige, is $160 at Walmart.com.

On a screened porch, this rug mimics tile.  Oops!  This rug (Loloi, Venice Beach Collection in ivory/blue) is $500 so let's find the look for less.  How about this Moroccan navy teal rug at Home Depot for $179?

That's a much better price.

I love indoor/outdoor rugs.  For years, we've had a green Ballard Design rug on our deck but we're switching it up this year.  Once the deck is painted a dark grayish-green, I've ordered this black and white rug (Winsol, $149, frontage.com).  Looking forward to laying it down soon.
